HITSUJI is a headhunting company mainly for FDI customers in Vietnam. The current goals of HITSUJI are to maintain close cooperation and provide excellent headhunting services for enterprises in Vietnam and from foreign countries in a wide range of economic fields. All our clients are large FDI Companies (Japanese, Korean, European, US, etc)
Location: Floor 8, AC Building, Lane 82 Duy Tan, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Working time: Mon – Fri (8:30 – 17:30)
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays

What you\’ll do:
Client Managements (30%):
- Manage a database of clients and potential clients via cold call, personal sales visits, strong experience in using face to face contact (B2B clients)
- Act as the clients’ main point of contact, by liaising closely with the recruitment consultants to ensure that their queries, problems or issues are dealt with appropriately.
- Maintain relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
Candidate Managements (70%):
- Understand clients’ job requirements
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates (e.g. job advertising)
- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
- Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
- Create relationships with job seekers and provide advices
- Facilitate and finalized agreements between candidate and employer
- Follow up Candidate from interview to finish probation time.
- Make a Daily report and Weekly report.
- Other tasks assigned from Line Manager.
Who you are:
- Bachelor Degree (proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant or similar position is a plus)
- Understanding of sourcing and recruiting techniques, demonstrated deep market knowledge as well as business environment understanding insides Industry in charge
- Skillful negotiator with flexible communication style with all types of internal and external audiences
- Good at English (or Japanese or Korean)

- Basic salary: up to 15mil (depending on the experience of each candidate)
- 100% basic salary in the probation period
